E-LUMI is an educational product developed by the Chair in Photonics and DidaConcept, with the support of the Moselle département and the Ministry of National Education, to enable photonics experiments in class!
E-LUMI, shine a light on your knowledge
E-LUMI offers no fewer than 18 photonics experiments, available starting from middle school, which includes an introduction to optical colour synthesis, the realisation of a telecommunication link in an optical fibre, the creation of a light fountain, the measurement of electric current generated by solar cells… but also the photoelectric experiment in 1905 for which Albert Einstein was awared the Nobel Prize in physics in 1921! A questions-and-answers game later enables students and teachers to put their knowledge to the test… and to disclose mysterious messages!
E-LUMI is now commercialised by JEULIN, a French leading company in educational products, notably for the Ministry of National Education.
