Strategic committee
The Strategy committee is composed of the founders’ representatives of Institut Photonique. They decide on the strategy orientation and the budget of Institut Photonique. The Strategy committee designates the Director of the institute, the Deputy Director and those in charge of the Strategic Business Units (SBU).

Executive committee
The Executive committee is composed of the Director of Institut Photonique, the Deputy director of Institut Photonique and the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) members. The executive committee approves projects proposals concerning Institut Photonique and insures their applications as per the operating rules of Institut Photonique.
